CHINESE SPAGHETTI 
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp
1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
1 qt. chicken broth
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. MSG
1 lg. garlic clove, minced
3/4 c. cold water, 2 tbsp. sherry, 2 tbsp. cornstarch mixed together
Salt to taste
1 lb. vermicelli
1 c. bias sliced scallions

Put pork in skillet and brown. Stirring frequently, add broth and soy sauce, sugar, MSG, and garlic. Simmer 15 minutes, uncovered.

Add shrimp and bring to a boil. Blend in cornstarch mixture, stir until thickened about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt. Toss with pasta and sprinkle with chopped scallions.
