SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
2 cloves garlic
2 c. mushrooms
1 med. onion, coarsely chopped
1 can tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 bouillon beef flavor
1 lb. zucchini, cubed
1 lb. noodles, multi-colored

Saute garlic sausage 10 minutes. Add mushrooms, onions, and saute 3-4 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, oregano, basil, and bouillon; bring to a boil. Stir in zucchini. Reduce heat and simmer until zucchini is tender crisp. Stir in noodles.
