1 lb. ground chuck
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mixed vegetables with juice
1 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix

Brown meat; add soup and vegetables. Pour into casserole. Mix corn bread according to directions on package. Pour batter over meat mixture and bake until bread is cooked and browned.
