SEAFOOD CURRY 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) can frozen cream of shrimp soup
1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
1 c. flaked, cooked crab, lobster or diced shrimp, cooked
Cooked rice

Cook onion and curry powder in butter until onion is tender. Add soup, milk and crab. Heat until soup is thawed. Stir often. Serve over rice.
