CHEESE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 jar or can of pie filling (may be cherry, blueberry or apple)

Reserve 1 cup of cake mix. Combine remainder of mix, 1 egg and oil. Mixture will be crumbly. Press mixture over bottom and 3/4 way up sides of greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

Blend cheese and sugar. Add 3 eggs and 1 cup of cake mix. Beat for 1 minute at medium speed at slow speed, blend in milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour into the above prepared pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes in 300 degree oven. Center will be a little soft.

When cool, spread with pie filling. Store in refrigerator. May be frozen.
