IRISH SCONE 
3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. melted butter
1 egg
1 1/4 c. milk

Mix dry ingredients together with raisins, then add milk and egg, beat lightly until mixed, stir in melted butter. Pour into iron skillet and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Rub top of scone with butter as soon as you take it out of the oven.
