SPINACH - APPLE SALAD 
1/2 lb. fresh spinach, torn into bite-sized pieces
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. orange juice concentrate
1 lg. red apple, unpeeled and chopped
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 slices fried, crumbled bacon

Sprinkle apple with lemon juice. Combine mayonnaise and orange juice concentrate. Arrange spinach on a plate. Top with apple, then bacon. Drizzle with dressing. 4 servings.
