40 Oreo cookies
1/3 c. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs, room temperature
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Whipped cream & strawberries for garnish

Finely roll 25 cookies. Mix in butter. Press crumb mixture into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Set aside.

Chop 15 cookies into pieces. In large bowl beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed until creamy. Blend in eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Fold in chopped cookies.

Spoon over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Chill at least 4 hours. Cut into squares and garnish with cream and strawberries.
