CINNAMON BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

STREUSEL;
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. butter, softened

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom only of one 9 x 5 or one 8 x 4 inch loaf pans. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off. In large bowl combine all bread ingredients. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pan.

In small bowl combine all streusel ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over batter and swirl lightly to marble.

Bake for 45 to 55 minutes for 9 x 5 inch loaf or 30 to 40 minutes for 8 x 4 inch pan. Makes 1 loaf. Remove from pan immediately.
