COOKIE DIP 
12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
Frozen Cadbury chocolate bar
1 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier or your favorite chocolate compatible liqueur
Pepperidge Farm Pirouette cookies or Stella Doro Marguerites for dipping

Use a straight-sided glass bowl. Put Cool Whip in bowl and place bowl in sink. Use a potato peeler to shave frozen chocolate into Cool Whip (this process is very messy, so placing bowl down in the sink makes cleanup easier!). Mix chocolate shavings into Cool Whip. Stir in liqueur. Place cookies, standing on edge of glass bowl. Extra cookies look attractive in celery dish next to dipping bowl.
