STRUDEL #1 
6 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
Pinch salt
1 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
Break 4 eggs
1 c. cold water

FILLING:

Sugar
Cinnamo n
Strawberry jelly
Cherries, cut
Walnuts, chopped
Shredded coconut
Dark raisins

Put all dough ingredients together and knead until rolling consistency. Divide dough into 4 parts; roll each part into thin oblong strips on floured paper.

Rub a small amount of oil on dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Over this, spread strawberry jelly and sprinkle finely cut cherries and walnuts, shredded coconut and dark raisins. Sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Then lift paper and roll, jelly roll fashion. Hold firm and make small slices. Lay in greased baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
