B.B.Q. CHICKEN SAUCE | |
1/2 pt. Crisco Oil 1 pt. Vinegar 1/2 pt. V8 Juice 1 bottle Kraft BBQ Char-Grill Sauce 1 small bottle Texas Pete Hot Sauce 4 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Pepper 1/2 tsp. Onion Salt 1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt 3 tsp. Poultry Seasoning 1 qt. Water Mix all ingredients. Pour over raw chicken and marinate. Best if grilled over an open-pit fire, but can be used for baked chicken with oven at 375. Makes enough sauce for 10 halves of chicken. |
