1 c. Crisco
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. oats
1 1/2 c. coconut
3 c. granola (yellow box Quaker)
12 oz. chocolate chips
12 oz. butterscotch chips
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream shortening and butter. Add sugars and mix. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, soda, salt and oats; mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes huge batch. I freeze cookie dough cookies to be baked later with some dough.
