QUICK CHOCOLATE WAFERS | |
1 (11 oz.) pkg. pie crust sticks or mix 1 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate, cooled 1 c. powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/4 c. water Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Roll dough 1/8" thick on lightly floured cloth covered board. Cut into 2" rounds. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. Makes about 3 dozen. |
