TACO SALAD 
1 lb. browned ground beef
1 env. dry taco seasoning
1 med. head lettuce, shredded
1 can kidney beans, drained
4 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. taco flavored chips
1 can black olives

DRESSING:

8 oz. Thousand Island Dressing
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. taco seasoning
1 tbsp. taco sauce

Add dry taco seasoning, minus 1 tablespoon to hamburger and cool. In large bowl, layer lettuce, beans, onions, hamburger, olives, tomatoes and cheese. Chill. Just before serving, toss entire salad with taco chips and dressing.
