VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) frozen vegetable carrots, broccoli and cauliflower
1 c. Swiss cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1 can (2.8 oz.) onion rings

Mix 1 can mushroom soup with 1/3 cup sour cream. Add 16 oz. frozen vegetables. Add 1/2 can onion rings and 1/2 cup Swiss cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Add remaining cheese, onions. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
