HONEY-CHEESE DIP WITH FRUIT 
2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. skim milk
Salt to taste
2-4 tbsp. honey (depending on degree of sweetness desired)

Place all ingredients in a blender jar. Blend until creamy, adjusting the milk to produce the desired consistency. Serve with bite-size pieces of fresh fruit, such as pineapple, strawberries, grapes, prunes, apples, winter pears, and melon.
