HAM ROLLS AND BASTING SYRUP 
1 lb. ham, ground
1 1/2 lb. lean fresh pork, ground
2 eggs
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk

BASTING SYRUP:

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
2 lg. tsp. mustard (prepared)

Thoroughly mix the first 5 ingredients and form into 14 egg shaped ham rolls. Mix ingredients for basting syrup. May heat to dissolve sugar. Pour syrup over ham rolls in small roasting pan. Bake 2 hours at 300 degrees. Serve basting sauce in bowl.
