HOMEMADE NOODLES 
3 eggs
1 tbsp. shortening
Scant tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. dry milk powder
2 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour (about)

Beat eggs with water, then add salt and shortening and beat. Combine dry ingredients and work egg mixture into flour. Add more flour if needed to make a stiff dough. Roll dough thin on floured board and let dry 2 hours. Roll like a jelly roll, then slice. Cook noodles 30 minutes in boiling water or broth. These are very good.
