CHEESE AND TOMATO PIE 
4 c. seasoned croutons
3 med. tomatoes, sliced in wedges
1 sm. green pepper, diced
2 eggs
1 1/2 c.milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Pour croutons in greased 10" pie plate. Layer tomatoes over croutons. Mix next 8 ingredients and pour over tomatoes. Top with cheese. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown and puffy.
