CRISPY CHEESE POTATOES | |
6 c. sliced peeled potatoes 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs Preheat oven to 425°F. In greased 13 x 9-inch pan, toss potatoes and salt and arrange in even layers. Drizzle melted butter over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese evenly over potatoes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes or until tender. (Makes 10 servings.) |
