WENDY'S CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
8 thighs, skinned
1 (12 oz.) bottle ketchup
4 shots of vinegar
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) bottle water
1 green pepper, 1 red pepper or 1 yellow pepper (whatever you prefer)
1 can crushed pineapple
Dash of salt and pepper

In large stew pan add all the ingredients. Cook on high for 15 minutes without lid. Then simmer for 1 hour with lid on. Make your favorite rice - depending on the number of servings. Add chicken cacciatore over rice.
