SMOTHERED CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up and skinned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
1/2 onion, diced

Put chicken in a casserole dish. Mix soup, onion, and milk, pour over chicken. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with rice or noodles. You can add extra mushrooms.
