CINNAMON CANDY 
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon oil
red food coloring
powdered sugar

Combine sugar, water and corn syrup in saucepan. Stir continuously until sugar is dissolved. Lower heat. Cook without stirring until 300°F. Remove from heat. Add food coloring and cinnamon oil. Pour on buttered cooking sheet. Cool completely. Crack into pieces. Roll in powdered sugar.
