CURRY SPAGHETTI 
3/4 lb. hamburger
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove
30 oz. can tomatoes
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Chianti wine (optional)
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/3 c. catsup
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Salt & pepper

Cook together hamburger, onion and garlic; drain grease. Add tomatoes, mustard, catsup, curry, sugar, salt, pepper, parsley and wine. Cook sauce until heated thoroughly. In casserole layer cooked spaghetti, sauce and cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
