ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 c. asparagus spears (cut into pieces)
1 c. mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 boiled eggs, sliced
Chopped pimento
Sliced almonds
Crumbled Ritz crackers

Layer asparagus, cheese, eggs, pimento and soup. Repeat. Crumble crackers on top and dot with butter. Sprinkle almonds on top.

Bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly, 20 to 30 minutes.
