CHEESE AND CLAM CHOWDER 
1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can clams
2 c. potatoes, cubed
2 c. carrots, sliced
1 1/2 c. minced onion
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. milk
2 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
8 oz. shredded Jack cheese
1 bouillon cube, beef or chicken

Pour water and clam juice into pan. Add potatoes, carrots, bouillon cube, onions and simmer until vegetables are tender. Add soup, clams, milk, cheese and salt; mix and heat until cheese melts.
