NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER 
5 potatoes, diced
1 sm. onion
1 tbsp. butter
8 oz. can minced clams
1 pt. med. cream
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil potatoes. Lightly cook onion until golden brown in frying pan with a small amount of butter. Melt the tablespoon of butter. Add the remainder of ingredients. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
