CHAMPAGNE PUNCH 
1/2 gal. lime sherbet
1 can (46 oz.) pineapple juice
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries and juice
2 qts. ginger ale
1 bottle champagne

Have all ingredients chilled in advance. Mix together pineapple juice and strawberries. Add sherbet, ginger ale and champagne. Serves 5.
