DOUBLE CRUST PASTRY | |
2 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. salt 3/4 c. shortening 1/4 c. water Sift flour. Mix with shortening, cutting in shortening with a fork. Stir in water a little at a time; work dough into a ball. Divide in half. On floured board roll out with rolling pin and place in pie plate. Put in filling. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. |
