4 LAYER ORANGE PINEAPPLE CHEESE
SALAD
 
2 sm. pkgs. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed, drained, save juice
1 env. Dream Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
12-16 med. ice cubes

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until thickened. Add drained pineapple. Congeal in 8"x8" Pyrex.

Whip one package Dream Whip (per envelope instructions) and add 8 ounces cream cheese in small amounts, beating in small mixer bowl. Spread over cold Jello. Let set.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Pineapple juice
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 lb. grated sharp cheese

Combine sugar and flour. Add pineapple juice (and water to make 1 cup), egg yolks, lemon juice and cook until thickened. Cool and spread over Dream Whip. Sprinkle grated sharp cheese on top.
