BAKED TROUT 
6 fillets of trout
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 bottle Lea & Perrin sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Lay fillets in greased baking dish. Make sauce by adding all ingredients and bringing to simmer. Pour over fish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serves 6.
