CHICKEN IMPERIAL 
8 halves boned chicken breasts
2 oz. chip beef
2 slices bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Pat chicken breasts out flat and cover with chip beef and roll up inside the piece of chicken. Place side by side in baking dish and put 1/4 slice of bacon on each piece.

Mix mushroom soup with sour cream; cover all chicken pieces well. Bake 3 hours at 275 degrees, uncovered. Garnish with parsley.
