1 box cake mix (yellow or banana)
11 oz. mandarin oranges (with juice)
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, blend above ingredients thoroughly. Pour into 2 (8-9 inch) cake pans. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool. Frost (see recipe below).

FROSTING:

1 pkg. instant pudding (banana or toasted coconut)
8 oz. can crushed pineapple (with juice)
12 oz. container Cool Whip

In a large mixing bowl, blend above ingredients thoroughly.
