FUDGE 
1/3 c. butter
14 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk
1 c. marshmallow fluff
13 oz. bar chocolate
12 oz. pkg. semi - sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. walnuts
4 1/2 c. sugar

Mix butter, sugar and milk in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Boil 5 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Quickly beat well with spoon. Add walnuts last. Spread in two 8 x 12 inch pans. Cut when cool.
