CORNED BEEF BARBEQUE 
3 lb. piece of corned beef
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
Dash of salt

Preheat gas grill on high for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to medium. Rinse beef; place in foil baking pan on cooking grids. Close hood and cook-grill for 1 1/2 hours.

In saucepan mix sugar, vinegar, mustard, and salt and bring to boiling point, stirring until sugar dissolves. Brush over corned beef during last 1/2 hour of grilling. Extra sauce can be made and served with meat, if desired.
