HAMBURGER DELUX 
2 lbs. hamburger
Salt and pepper
1 lg. onion (chopped)
4 tbsp. butter
6 oz. mushrooms
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream

Fry onion in butter (low heat). Make small meat balls and brown. Add soup and cook until mixture bubbles. Lower and simmer 10 minutes. Then quickly blend in sour cream, do not boil. Serve over rice, biscuits, or mashed potatoes.
