DAVE'S BEST DEER RECIPE
Our family loves this and it gives you a quick, easy and wonderful way of cooking deer.

2 to 3 lb. deer steaks or chops
tenderizer
1 or 2 onions
garlic powder
pepper
butter or oil
Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce (optional)

I can't stress this enough, if your trying to fix this with big steaks filled with fat and strands of muscle tissue, forget it. Trim off all this stuff and throw it to the dogs. Cut up the steaks into two bite pieces.

Get out your skillet and put oil or butter in the bottom to cover. Cut up your onions into rings and put in skillet. Lay each piece of meat on a plate and sprinkle tenderizer, garlic powder and pepper on each. Lay that side down on top of onions in skillet.

Let meat cook, then pour Worcestershire on them. When bottom sides have browned, flip over and repeat process. You can add Tabasco at anytime if you like it hot. Once you get both sides cooked you can add more onions and Worcestershire if you wish. Enjoy!
