BAKED POTATO TOPPING 
TURKEY TOPPING:

3/4 lb. ground turkey
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 clove garlic
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 baked potatoes

Brown the turkey in oil and add all other ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes. Use 3/4 cup topping for each potato. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and chopped green onion if you wish.
