HONEY LEMON BASIL SAUCE 
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. basil

Cook onions in butter until onion is translucent. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Serve over carrots, cauliflower, brussels sprouts or squash.
