NO - CRUST PUMPKIN PIE 
3 eggs
2/3 c. brown sugar, well packed
1/3 c. biscuit mix
1/4 tsp. ginger
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat together in a blender for 30 seconds. Pour into 9-inch buttered pie dish and let stand 5 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes or until firm. Double recipe and put into glass cake pan and bake about 50 minutes or until firm.
