ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 c. flour
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. grated raw zucchini squash
Can of coconut
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts

Sift dry ingredients together, then combine all other ingredients together and mix well. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
