SAUSAGE SCALLOPINI 
3 potatoes, peeled & cut up
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. white wine
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage

Put potatoes, onion, green pepper, and stewed tomatoes in a casserole. Add white wine. Take casing off of sausage, cut up and add to casserole. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
