GREEN CHILE SAUCE 
20 to 30 fresh green chilies, roasted and peeled
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Water

Mix all ingredients in blender, adding enough water to make a thick sauce. Simmer 30 minutes. Serve on enchiladas, chimichangas, or other Mexican foods.
