VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans drained Veg-All
1 c. chopped onion
1 can drained whole kernel corn
1 can drained water chestnuts
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 roll Ritz crackers

Mix all ingredients together, except butter and Ritz crackers; pour into baking dish. Melt butter and mix with crushed Ritz crackers. Spread on top of mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
