WILD RICE SOUP | |
6 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. minced onion 1/2 c. flour 3 c. chicken broth 2 c. cooked wild rice 1/2 c. minced ham 1/2 c. finely grated carrots 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. half and half Saute butter and onion. Add flour and cook 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve. May be topped with snipped parsley or chives. |
