CARIBBEAN QUICHE 
1 pre-baked pie crust
1/2 lb. fresh crab
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. green onions, chopped fine
8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten

Whip mayonnaise with wire whip. Add egg; blend in flour. Add milk and blend. Add crab, onion, and cheese. Fill pie shell and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until center is firm.
