CRAB QUICHE 
6 oz. crab meat
1 (9 inch) pie shell
1/2 c. minced onion
1/3 c. minced onion
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. sherry
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt

Bake shell 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle cheese over bottom. Add and toss crab lightly with onion and parsley. Beat eggs with sherry and half and half. Pour over mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
