PUDDING CHEESE PIE 
1 pkg. (6 serving size) Jello pudding & pie filling, any flavor but lemon
2 tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (9") graham cracker crust

Microwave the combined pie filling mix, sugar and milk in 2 quart microwave safe bowl. Cook on high 4 minutes. Stir well and cook 2 minutes longer, stir again and cook 2 minutes more or until mixture comes to a boil. Add cream cheese and blend until smooth. Pour in pie shell. Chill at least 3 hours. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
