ERHART'S EMPANADAS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground round meat
1 pkg. Chili-O mix
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 lb. butter
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Brown meat; add Chili-O mix. Cool completely. Mix cream cheese, butter, flour and salt. Roll into ball and refrigerate until firm. Roll out on floured board and cut with large glass. Use 1/2 teaspoon meat filling; fold in half and press edges together with a fork. Use egg yolks thinned with water to brush the top. (Freezes well.) Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
